PrintonDirect stands behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply contact Customer Service within 14 days from the date you receive the cards and we will refund the full price of the product, excluding administration and delivery cost.

PrintonDirect tries to fulfil our commitment to high quality and customer satisfaction. However, certain circumstances are beyond our control and are not covered by our Satisfaction Guarantee. Please note that we cannot be responsible for:

  • Spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors made by the customer.
  • Inferior quality or low-resolution of uploaded logos and images.
  • Errors in user-selected options.
  • Other damages that depend on the customer.

By all other errors that depend on PrintDirect, a full credit will be returned except administration- and delivery cost.

Please be sure to proofread your document very carefully. Once the purchase has been completed, we are unable to make any changes! PrintonDirect is not responsible for errors that would have been detected if proofreading the preview.

Complaints

We guarantee the goods are free of damage upon delivery. In case of damaged goods you need to contact Customer Service within 14 days of receiving the products. The damaged goods should be returned in their original package. Please specify the cause of returning the goods in the attached form! Attention! Prior to returning any product, Customer Service needs to be contacted to give their approval and provide necessary documents.

The responsibility of damaged goods is limited to what is stated above. Please note that all typing and other mistakes that should have been detected during preview are the responsibility of the client.
